Zend Opcache provides in-memory caching of precompiled PHP scripts. While a great way to accelerate your forum, the opcache may serve outdated files for a period of time after you update the Threadloom plug-in.
We recommend the following opcache settings to balance site speed and making sure you're running the latest, greatest Threadloom plugin:
opcache.revalidate_freq=3600
If you prefer to keep the revalidation frequency higher, you may need to manually flush/reset the opcache when you install plug-in updates. The specific steps vary based on your PHP server; for more detail, go to https://ma.ttias.be/how-to-clear-php-opcache.
If after flushing your opcache, your forum continues to serve outdated files, drop us a line and we'd be happy to take a closer look.
